Step 1: Combine butter and cream cheese until well mixed and beat in milk.

Step 4: Using about 1 tablespoon of dough, form into a small ball and press into miniature muffin cups.
Step 5: Bake at 425 degrees 4-6 minutes until light golden brown.
Step 6: Cool.
Step 7: Spoon a small cheese spread in the baked tart shells.
Step 8: Top each with a thawed meatball.
Step 9: Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes until heated.
Step 10: Top each meatball with a piece of cheese and place a ripe olive slice on the cheese to create the eye.
