We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan, sauté garlic in oil until tender.

  • Step 2: In a blender or food processor, process garlic and tomatoes in batches until smooth.

  • Step 3: Return all to the pan; bring to a boil.

  • Step 4: Reduce heat to low.

  • Step 5: Add cream and heat through.

  • Step 6: To make bat wings, remove crusts from bread. Flatten with a rolling pin. Using a kitchen shears, cut each slice in half diagonally, cutting wavy lines to resemble bat wings. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread with butter; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 400° for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.

  • Step 7: Add two wings to each bowl of soup.

  • Step 8: Serve immediately.
