  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 fillets (20 grams) anchovy (minced)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a heavy sauce pan, bring whipping cream to a boil and cook till reduced to half stirring frequently.

  • Step 2: Melt butter in another sauce pan and add anchovies and garlic. Cook till garlic is soft but do not brown.

  • Step 3: Stir in cream and bring to a simmer, do not boil.

  • Step 4: Pour into a small fondue pot and place over a warmer.
