Step 1: Reconstitute tomato bits in hot water about 10 minutes; drain and set aside.
Step 2: In bowl of food processor combine tomato bits, basil, cheese, nuts, oil, garlic and pepper.
Step 3: Process to form a fine paste; season with salt.
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate.
Step 5: Bring to room temperature before topping cheese.
Step 6: Trim top crust from Brie wheels.
Step 7: Cover top of cheese with tomato mixture, dividing equally.
Step 8: On baking sheet, bake in 375ºF oven about 5 minutes, just until cheese begins to melt.
Step 9: Transfer to serving plates and surround with croutons or crackers.
Step 10: Garnish with basil sprigs.
Step 11: Serve immediately.
