Step 1: Trim fat from steak.
Step 2: Combine steak and remaining ingredients in a large Zip-Loc bag. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
Step 3: Spray grill or broiler with non-stick coating.
Step 4: Remove steak from bag, and discard marinade.
Step 5: Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan. Cook 8 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness.
Step 6: Let steak sit 5 minutes or longer, then cut diagonally across grain into thin slices.
