Step 1: Using a biscuit cutter, cut a round out of each bread slice. Sauté the bread in a little butter until golden brown on both sides. Place on paper towels.
Step 2: If the prawns are large, cut them into smaller pieces. Save four sprigs of dill for garnishes. Finely chop the rest of the dill and mix with the prawns, mayonnaise and mustard.
Step 3: Apportion the mixture on the slices of sautéed bread. Shape the whitefish roe like eggs and place on top of the shrimp mixture. Garnish each with a sprig of dill and serve with a slice of lemon.
