Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1.2 kilograms chicken wings (12 large wings and remove tips)
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup chilli sauce (sweet)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the wings in a large bowl and to this add the other ingredients (If you are in a hurry it is a good idea to give a couple of slashes to the thicker parts of the wings to allow the marinade to be absorbed).

  • Step 2: Lay the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

  • Step 3: Bake in a 200C oven until they are golden brown, turning them once during the cooking process (this should take about 40 to 50 minutes)

  • Step 4: Serve with a scatter of coriander leaves and perhaps some chilli slices.
