Step 1: Place the wings in a large bowl and to this add the other ingredients (If you are in a hurry it is a good idea to give a couple of slashes to the thicker parts of the wings to allow the marinade to be absorbed).
Step 2: Lay the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 3: Bake in a 200C oven until they are golden brown, turning them once during the cooking process (this should take about 40 to 50 minutes)
Step 4: Serve with a scatter of coriander leaves and perhaps some chilli slices.
