  • 1/2 cup whole mild green chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 cup low fat cheese
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease an 8 X 8 square baking pan.

  • Step 2: Place egg, tomato, oil, onion, seasoning, and cheese in blender.

  • Step 3: Process until chunky.

  • Step 4: In a large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Step 5: Mix in tomato mixture until just moist.

  • Step 6: Bake in prepared 8 X 8 in square baking pan for 30 to 35 minutes or until tested inserted comes out clean.
