  • 1 1/2 cups milk, warm
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.

  • Step 2: Add remaining ingredients and beat together.

  • Step 3: Let rise 1 1/3 hours.

  • Step 5: Cover again and refrigerate 8-12 hours.

  • Step 6: Stir down batter and pour into center of waffle griddle.

  • Step 7: Bake 5 min or until steaming stops.
