  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 8 1/2 ounces buttermilk baking mix (2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 ounces pecan halves (36 pecan halves)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400.

  • Step 2: Prepare 12 muffin cups by placing 2 tsps butter, and 2 tsp brown sugar in each cup. Place in oven to melt

  • Step 3: Mix remaining ingredients except for Pecan halves.

  • Step 4: Remove muffin cups from oven and place 3 pecan halves in each cup.

  • Step 5: Divide batter evenly between cups.

  • Step 6: Bake 15 minute.

  • Step 7: Immediately invert muffin cups and gently remove buns to prevent sticking.
