Step 1: Pour melted butter into 9x9x2 baking dish.
Step 2: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 3: Add milk and stir until dough forms.
Step 4: Turn dough onto floured surface.
Step 5: Knead 10 times.
Step 6: Roll or pat into 8-inch square.
Step 7: With floured knife, cut square in half.
Step 8: Cut each half into 9 strips or rectangle pieces.
Step 9: Dip each strip into butter and arrange into square inside baking pan.
Step 10: Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
