Step 1: Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2: Grease pan.
Step 3: Combine topping ingredients until crumbly and put aside.
Step 4: Combine remaining ingredients and spread half of the batter in pan, and sprinkle 1/3 of the topping on batter.
Step 5: Top with remaining batter and sprinkle with half of remaining topping.
Step 6: Bake 30-40 minute in bunt pan, or until golden brown and toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
Step 7: When cake has cooled slightly, invert pan onto plat to remove cake.
Step 8: Drizzle with caramel.
