  • 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (strong)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt, 1 pinch
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large saucepan heat chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, and salt. Stir till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

  • Step 2: Heat to boiling and simmer 2 min, stirring constantly.

  • Step 3: Add milk, cover and heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Add vanilla.

  • Step 4: Just before serving, whisk briskly, until foamy.
