Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat bring first 10 ingredients (-mustard) to a boil, whisking to blend. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray and prepare barbecue to medium high heat.
Step 3: Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Place chicken on grill, skin side down and cook until skin browns (8-10 minutes). Turn chicken over and continue grilling another 8-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 5: Transfer 1 cup barbecue sauce to a small dish and brush skin is of chicken with sauce; turn skin side down and cook for 2 minutes; brush with more sauce and turn skin side up and grill another 2 minutes.
Step 6: Arrange chicken on a platter and serve with remaining sauce.
