Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 package (12 ounce) Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tomato, chopped (large tomato)
  • 2 green onions, sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown the ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet.

  • Step 2: Add milk, ketchup, mustard and garlic powder and onion powder; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in the shell pasta; return to boil. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until pasta is tender.

  • Step 3: Stir in Cheese Sauce and sour cream until blended. Add salt & pepper. Mix in the tomatoes and green onions. Serve.
