Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 chopped yellow onion
  • Parsley (1 bundle)
  • 12 grams bouillon cubes (2 cubes, or 2 tbsp meat extract)
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil the water with the onion, parsley and bouillon cubes till they are melted. Add soy sauce and the gelatine.

  • Step 2: Strain and leave the aspic to cool down.

  • Step 3: Leave it in the refrigerator till it is stiff.

  • Step 4: Slice the aspic for the sandwich.

  • NOTE- prep time includes boiling the stuff together. Cook time is actually chill time
