Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 125 grams butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup raisins (sultanas)
  • 100 grams milk chocolate baking chips (Cadbury of course)
  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups Corn Flakes Cereal

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre heat oven to a moderate oven 180°C

  • Step 2: Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate.

  • Step 3: Drop a tablespoonful (I used a tablespoon and a bit) of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat, (press cornflakes in ever so slightly as they tend to fall off whilst cooking).

  • Step 4: Place on a greased baking tray and repeat with remaining mixture.

  • Step 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.

  • Step 6: Cool on a wire rack.

  • Step 7: Store in an airtight container until required
