Step 1: Pre heat oven to a moderate oven 180°C
Step 2: Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat well. Stir in flour and then the sultanas and chocolate.
Step 3: Drop a tablespoonful (I used a tablespoon and a bit) of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat, (press cornflakes in ever so slightly as they tend to fall off whilst cooking).
Step 4: Place on a greased baking tray and repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
Step 6: Cool on a wire rack.
Step 7: Store in an airtight container until required
