Step 1: Have water at 80F & all other ingredients at room temp.
Step 2: Place ingredients in pan in the order specified in your owner’s manual. Select basic cycle & medium/normal crust.
Step 3: Ck dough consistency after 5 min of kneading. The dough should be in a soft, tacky ball. If it is dry & stiff, add water 1/2 to 1 tbsp at a time. If it is too wet & sticky, add 1 tbsp of flour at a time.
