Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cups water
  • 1 can (15 ounce) chicken broth
  • 1 box (28 ounce) chicken stock
  • 1 package (1 ounce) chicken stock (Knorrs chicken stock)
  • 250 grams cooked chicken breast (chopped, 2 cups)
  • 2 cups potatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced (2 inches thick)
  • 2 cups squash, sliced (yellow crookneck squash, sliced 2 inch thick)
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cups mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons Mrs Dash seasoning (garlic and herb seasoning)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute veggies in oil until onions are translucent.

  • Step 2: Put rest of ingredients all together and simmer 30 minutes until veggies are soft (can cook longer if you like mushier veggies).
