Step 1: Cook pasta, following packet directions, adding broccoli for the last 3 minutes of cooking time and then drain, reserving 1/3 cup of the cooking liquid.
Step 2: Meanwhile, heat oil in a big, deep frying pan over medium heat and add onion, garlic and lemon rind and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant and then add cream and lemon juice and stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Step 3: Add salmon, dill, reserved cooking liquid and pasta mixture and cook, tossing over low heat for 2 minutes or until heated through and thickened slightly.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper and serve topped with extra dill.
