Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry macaroni pasta
  • 1 stalk diced celery
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 6 to 8 green onions, sliced
  • 6 ounces bacon (cooked and finely chopped, 6 slices or more)
  • 2 dill pickles (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Seasoned salt
  • Ground pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, diced (fine diced)
  • 2 dill pickles (finely diced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain into a colander. Rinse briefly with cold water and set aside.

  • Step 2: Mix together the celery, red and green bell peppers, green onion, cooked bacon, vinegar, in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.

  • Step 3: Add in the mayonnaise and the sour cream and mix until well blended.

  • Step 4: Add in the pasta, add salt and pepper. Refrigerate covered overnight or at least 6 hours.

  • Step 5: Add in the cheese and pickles before serving.
