Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces tilapia fish (2 fillets)
  • 2 green onions, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Fresh ginger (2-inch piece, cut into strips)
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce (light)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place fillets in the middle of a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to warp around the tilapia.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle fillet with lemon pepper. Spread green onions, ginger and garlic evenly on top of fish.

  • Step 3: Pour soy sauce and water over fillet.

  • Step 4: Carefully seal up foil on all sides, leaving some room inside the packet for heat to circulate.

  • Step 5: Grill for 7-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°
