Step 1: Place fillets in the middle of a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to warp around the tilapia.
Step 2: Sprinkle fillet with lemon pepper. Spread green onions, ginger and garlic evenly on top of fish.
Step 3: Pour soy sauce and water over fillet.
Step 4: Carefully seal up foil on all sides, leaving some room inside the packet for heat to circulate.
Step 5: Grill for 7-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°
