Step 1: Put popcorn and nuts in lightly greased large, rimmed pan.
Step 2: In medium saucepan, bring butter, sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from heat. Stir in extract and baking soda.
Step 4: Pour over popcorn and nuts, stir well.
Step 5: Bake at 250º F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Step 6: Spread on wax paper to cool. Then break into bite sized pieces.
