  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undilued
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced Rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 to 2 pounds shrimp cleand and deveined
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 to 1 pound andouille sausage cut into chunks (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in large saucepan. Sauté veggies until crisp-tender. Add soups & tomatoes. Simmer 45 minutes. (Throw in the sausage, if using, during the last 10-15 minutes, just enough to heat it through. Then add shrimp, Cook until pink. Serve over hot white rice.
