Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 packet (375 gram) dry fettuccine pasta (egg fettuccine)
  • 1 packet (300 gram) shrimp (garlic prawns)
  • 1 carton (200 ml) thickened cream (light)
  • 1 cup (120 grams) frozen peas
  • 1 lemon, whole (zested and juiced)
  • 1/4 cup dill (sprigs)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the pasta in large saucepan of boiling water, following packets directions and once cooked drain well.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat and cook the prawns, tossing occasionally for 5 minutes or until prawns curl and change colour and then add cream and bring to a simmer and then add peas and lemon juice and cook, stirring for 2 minutes or until heated through.

  • Step 3: Add the pasta, half the dill and half the lemon zest and toss to combine and season to taste.

  • Step 4: Divide among serving bowls and sprinkle with remaining dill and lemon zest.
