  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 package (3.4 ounce) pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil (vegetable)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
  • Chocolate bar, chopped into chunks (optional, 1 large bar Hershey's)
  • Granulated sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sift flour with cake mix.

  • Step 2: Add instant pudding and mix.

  • Step 3: Add cake mixture to eggs and stir well.

  • Step 6: Pour into greased muffin cups

  • Step 7: Sprinkle sugar on top.
