Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 tablespoons oats (rolled oats0
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg white
  • 7 1/2 ounces cannellini beans (1/2 of a 15 oz can)
  • Cold water (as needed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mash the beans finely with fork.

  • Step 2: Add garlic, pesto, nutmeg, chives and baking powder and egg white. Mix it with your hand

  • Step 3: Then gradually add rolled oats (crush them up with your fingers) , Keep adding it in until you have enough to form a nice dough ball. Knead your dough for about 5 minutes and then set it the side and let it rest.

  • Step 4: Add water gradually to the dough until you have a toothpaste like consistency batter

  • Step 5: Boil water with salt,shape the soft dough with two teaspoon and drop the dough into the boiling water.

  • Step 6: As they cook up, they will rise to the top of the water

  • Step 7: Ready to use for stew
