  • 12 ounces green beans (trimmed)
  • 1/2 cup radish, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a skillet over medium high heat heat the water and oil. Add beans, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Add radishes, salt and pepper; uncover and cook for 3 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
