Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 300 grams Bisquick Baking Mix (2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut (toasted)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream (heavy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can (8 ounce) pineapple tidbits (drained)
  • 2 tablespoon milk (about)
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (about)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 425°F. Stir all ingredients except milk, nuts and 2 tablespoons sugar until soft dough forms.

  • Step 2: Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Brush tops with mil. Sprinkle with nuts and 2 tablespoons sugar

  • Step 3: Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Step 4: Serve warm.

  • Step 5: Betty's tip...To toast coconut, bake uncovered in an ungreased shallow pan in a 350°F oven 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Or cook in an ungreased heavy skillet over medium-ow heat 6 to 14 minutes, stirring frequently until browning begins, the stirring constantly until golden brown.
