Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Orange slices (6 slices, apprx 1/4" thick)
  • Lime slices (6 slices, apprx 1/4" thick)
  • 24 ounces salmon fillets (6 fillets, 4 oz each)
  • 1 pound asparagus (fresh, trimmed, cut in half)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Step 2: Cut 6 pieces parchment paper apprx 15"x10".

  • Step 3: Just before baking place 1 lime slice in the center of each parchment paper.

  • Step 4: Top with the filet, an orange slice, and a few stalks of asparagus.

  • Step 5: Lightly spritz the salmon with Olive oil.

  • Step 6: Fold the parchment paper around the fish & tighly seal the edges.

  • Step 7: Place on a baking sheet.

  • Step 8: Bake for apprx.12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.

  • Step 9: Be careful allowing the steam to escape when you open the parcels.

  • Step 10: Sprinkle with lemon juice & parsley.

  • Step 11: Serve & enjoy.
