  • 6 (2 1/4 pounds) pork loin chops (6 ounce each, 1 inch thick, trimmed)
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • Ground ginger, dash
  • Orange slices (cut in half, 3 slices)
  • Lemon slices (cut in half, 3 slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown chops on both sides over medium-high heat. Season with pepper and paprika. Combine jelly, juices, mustard and ginger; pour over chops. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn chops; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Top each chops with an orange and lemon slice. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.
