  • 360 grams pita breads (halved, 6 breads)
  • 2 tomatoes, diced (medium tomatoes)
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pepper, dash

In a small saucepan, bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. spoon meat mixture into pita halves; top with sauce, tomatoes and lettuce.
