Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced)
Step 2: Place the orange marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chilli and pepper into a small saucepan over medium high heat.
Step 3: Stir well, and then bring to a boil and remove from the heat. (Reserve a little bit of glaze for serving).
Step 4: Place the drumsticks in a single layer on a baking tray (you may need 2 trays to fit them all.) Brush drumsticks all over with orange glaze.
Step 5: Bake (basting with the glaze every 10 minutes during cooking) for 40-50 minutes or until dark golden, the chicken should be sticky and cooked through.
Step 6: Use the reserved glaze for serving.
