Step 1: Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 2: Pour marinade over pork in a glass baking dish or large heavy-duty plastic bag.
Step 3: Turn pork to coat evenly with marinade.
Step 4: Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Step 5: Preheat grill to medium-high setting.
Step 6: Brush grill rack lightly with oil.
Step 7: Remove pork from marinade (reserve) and cook over hot coals for about 15 minutes, turning several times and basting frequently with reserved marinade.
Step 8: The outside should be nicely browned and the inside should still have a trace of pink.
Step 9: Let pork rest for 5 minutes before carving.
Step 10: Slice into 1/2" thick slices and place on a serving platter.
Step 11: Bring any remaining marinade to a boil and drizzle over pork.
Step 12: Serve immediately.
