Step 5: Bake until crisp, about 7 minutes on each side.
Step 6: Sprinkle bacon and cheddar cheese inside skins.
Step 7: Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes longer.
Step 8: Top with sour cream and onions. Serve immediately.
