Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Step 3: In a large bowl of an electric mixer combine the bananas with the next five ingredients (-eggs); beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until combined. Add sugars and beat until combined.
Step 4: In another bowl whisk together the dry ingredients (flour - salt). Add flour mixture to banana mixture beating until combined. Fold in chocolate. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 5: Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack. Remove bread from pan and cool completely.
