Step 1: Preheat broiler to low (400°F)
Step 2: Coat a small roasting pan with cooking spray.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, parsley and garlic powder. Brush over salmon fillets.
Step 4: In a shallow bowl or on a piece of waxed paper, spread Parmesan cheese. Dredge fish in cheese and place in the prepared pan.
Step 5: Broil about 6-8 inches from heat source for 6 minutes per side, until golden brown and flakes easily.
