Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray; place salmon in the dish.
Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and lemon juice. Drizzle over the salmon. Sprinkle with garlic salt, basil and parsley.
Step 4: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes or until salmon flakes.
Step 5: Serve with your favorite side dish.
