Step 1: Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
Step 2: Melt the chocolate melts in the microwave following packet directions.
Step 3: Add to the cream cheese and stir until well combined.
Step 4: Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Step 5: Spread walnuts, cocoa powder and coconut over separate plates.
Step 6: Roll 2 teaspoons portions of the chocolate mixture into balls and ten roll in nuts, cocoa powder or coconut to coat.
Step 7: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
