Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 250 grams cream cheese, softened (Philadelphia brand recommended)
  • 225 grams dark chocolate (melts, Cadbury brand recommended)
  • Walnuts, chopped to decorate
  • Cocoa powder, to decorate
  • Shredded coconut, to decorate

How to Make

  • Step 1: Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.

  • Step 2: Melt the chocolate melts in the microwave following packet directions.

  • Step 3: Add to the cream cheese and stir until well combined.

  • Step 4: Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or until firm.

  • Step 5: Spread walnuts, cocoa powder and coconut over separate plates.

  • Step 6: Roll 2 teaspoons portions of the chocolate mixture into balls and ten roll in nuts, cocoa powder or coconut to coat.

  • Step 7: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
