Step 1: Melt white chocolate and butter together in a small saucepan over low heat and then cool for 5 minutes and then whisk in the egg.
Step 2: Sprinkle gelatine over 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl and then stand in a bowl of boiled water and stir until dissolved and then cool and then stir into the chocolate mixture.
Step 3: Beat cream until thickened and then fold into chocolate.
Step 4: Repeat method in the same way for milk chocolate mousse.
Step 5: Cut chocolate cake to fit into base of your serving dishes and place a round of cake into each dish and then spoon over white chocolate mousse then milk chocolate mousse.
Step 6: Decorate with chocolate stars and dush with cocoa.
