Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 200 grams smoked salmon
  • 200 grams ricotta cheese
  • Fresh dill (1 bunch, chopped)
  • 50 grams rocket lettuce (leaves, chopped)
  • 1 cucumber
  • Salt to season, to taste
  • Cracked pepper, to season to taste
  • 1 lemon, whole (cut into wedges)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place ricotta into a bowl and add finely chopped dill and mix well.

  • Step 2: Slice cucumber into thin sticks (approximately 10cm length x 5mm thickness).

  • Step 3: Place slices of salmon onto a clean work bench and add 2 cucumber sticks, a tablespoon of ricotta mix and rocket leaves onto each slice

  • Step 4: Roll each slice into a neat parcel.

  • Step 5: Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.

  • Step 6: Spritz and garnish with lemon wedges.
