  • 1 pound ground beef (73/27)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped (if you like use more)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper,or to taste
  • 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes (peeled, washed, and quartered, 3 or 4 depending on size)
  • 2 1/2 cups carrots, sliced (peeled, washed, and cut into 1/3 inch slices)
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) condensed mushroom soup (Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium size skillet over medium heat add ground beef and onion,sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: While meat is browning,prep potatoes and carrots.

  • Step 3: Place prepped vegetables in crock pot.

  • Step 4: Drain ground beef and add to the vegetables.

  • Step 5: Pour soup over vegetables and beef mix well.

  • Step 6: If the mixture seems to be too thick,and a bit of broth and stir well.

  • Step 7: Then mix in oregano and garlic powder.

  • Step 8: After 6 hours, eat and enjoy.
