Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 chicken breasts)
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.*

  • Step 2: Place chicken breasts in zipper plastic bag in a single layer. Pound out to equal thickness, but not real thin.

  • Step 3: Pour Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix (NOT THE DIP MIX) over chicken breasts and shake to coat both sides.

  • Step 4: Place in baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 45 minutes uncovered. Serve, and if there's any juice in the pan, pour over top of chicken.

  • Check your oven with an oven thermometer to make sure it's reading correctly. If it's reading hotter, adjust the temp so it's not too hot. On my oven, I have knobs. And if you pull the knob off the oven temp adjustment, sometimes they have an adjustment screw for the temp on the underneath of it
