Step 1: Bring a large pot 2/3 full of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool.
Step 2: Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add cucumber, onion and dill. Set aside.
Step 3: In a medium bowl,lightly toss drained tuna with rice vinegar. Gently fold tuna into the potato mixture. Season to taste with black pepper.Cover and chill until ready to serve.
