Step 1: Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 8 minutes or until tender and then drain and return to the pan.
Step 2: Meanwhile heat a large frying pan over high heat and cook and stir bacon for 2 minutes or until browned and crisp and then add zucchini and garlic and cook and stir for 3 minutes until tender.
Step 3: Whisk egg yolks, cream and parmesan in a jug.
Step 4: Add zucchini mixture to pasta and toss to combine.
Step 5: Add egg mixture and toss over low heat for 2 minutes or until scrambled.
Step 6: Serve topped with extra parmesan.
