Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced.
Step 2: Line 2 oven trays with baking paper and place pizza bases on prepared trays.
Step 3: Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza bases and top with caramelised onion, artichoke, cheese and pine nuts (is using) and drizzle with oil and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve pizzas topped with rocket.
