Step 1: Heat oil in a frying pan over moderate heat and cook and stir garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant and then stir in passata and the water and increase the heat and bring to the boil and then add tortellini and cook for 6 minutes or until tender.
Step 2: Add artichokes and half of the fetta and cook and stir for 1 minute or until heated through.
Step 3: Serve tortellini sprinkled with basil and remaining fetta.
