Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced.
Step 2: Line a large tray with baking paper.
Step 3: Combine mince, parsley, 1 egg and flour in a large bowl.
Step 4: Cut cheese into 16 pieces and divide mince mixture into 16 portions and shape each portion of mince around a piece of cheese and roll to enclose cheese.
Step 5: Cut each sheet of pastry into quarters and place a portion of mince in the centre of each of the pastry pieces and gather pastry over the mince to form a bag.
Step 6: Whisk remain egg in a bowl and brush over pastries.
Step 7: Place bags onto the prepared tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked and serve with sauce of choice.
