Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound tilapia fish filets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (your favorite)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Hot pepper flakes, dash
  • Garlic powder, pinch
  • Ground cayenne pepper, pinch

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the parmesan cheese, dried parsley, hot pepper flakes, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and pour into a plate.

  • Step 2: Pour the hot sauce in a shallow bowl and mix with the tilapia filets making sure they are evenly coated.

  • Step 3: Remove the tilapia filets from the bowl and press onto the parmesan mixture coating both sides.

  • Step 4: Place the coated tilapia on a greased baking sheet and cook in a preheated 450 degree Fahrenheit oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork.
