  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup rice wine
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (combined with 1/4 cup water until smooth)
